Forum: opensource_movies Subject: Is this television broadcast copyrighted or not?

If copyrighted, is "fair use" allowed in Archive.org? The Berne Convention Implementation Act of 1988 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berne_Convention_Implementation_Act_of_1988) eliminated requirement for works published after enactment of this Act. Safe to say that it is copyrighted under this Act.

but if from Iran, maybe not PD but still no copyright in US? very confusing

Oh... it originated from Iran, which is not the member of "international copyright agreements". I must say: works from Iran are not protected by US law. Is it protected by laws of other countries other than US and Iran?
